Attorney Leeson Secures Jury Verdict of $1.8 Million

A jury in the Court of Common Pleas of Wayne County, located in Northeastern Pennsylvania, ruled in favor of the Estate of the late Suzette Bullis, and awarded the sum of $1,856,000. The case was tried to verdict by Attorney Joseph F. Leeson, III, of Leeson & Leeson, who represented the Bullis Estate in wrongful death and survival action claims. Ms. Bullis died at the age of 51, leaving as survivors three adult daughters and six grandchildren. “It is good to just know that people valued her life and what she did for others" said one of Suzette Bullis's daughters in response to the verdict. The defendant was represented at the trial by Attorney Thomas Farley, of the law firm of Farley and Weed.
