Background

 

With extensive knowledge of both law, business, and business finance, lead attorney, Joseph Leeson, III, JD, MBA, CPA (Inactive) has the skill and experience to help clients navigate the complex areas of estate planning, commercial litigation, personal injury, and insurance claims to help maximize client outcomes and damages in recovery.

 

An experienced trial lawyer, Attorney Leeson has been involved in complex multi-district litigation and has taken civil and criminal trials to successful jury verdicts. He concentrates his practice in the areas of civil litigation, wills, trusts and estates, business law, commercial contract disputes, personal injury, and wrongful death. Prior to beginning his career in law, Joseph spent 4 years practicing as a CPA in tax accounting at a large financial corporation and an international public accounting firm.

 

Attorney Leeson joined Leeson & Leeson after practicing at a large international law firm in Chicago to continue the legacy started by his grandfather, Joseph F. Leeson Sr., and has managed the firm’s operations and growth since 2020. He is the managing attorney for the firm and makes himself available to all new clients.  During his time in the Lehigh Valley, Attorney Leeson has built a reputation as a sophisticated and intelligent lawyer as well as a tough and intimidating litigator.

 

Born and raised in Bethlehem PA, Joseph is an avid runner who can often be seen running down Broad Street on any given day.
